As the Community Inclusion Program Coordinator, you will manage daily operations, oversee employee performance, and engage with individuals and their families.

Your work will focus on creating a community-based resource workplace that promotes independence and personal growth. Collaboration with the Home Share Coordinator’s network team will be vital to your success. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor compliance with CARF standards
Create community programs tailored to individual needs
Support recruitment and management of employees
Coordinate after-hours responses for incidents
Ensure all records and payroll details are accurate Requirements:
Minimum three years of experience in Community Inclusion
Solid skills in Microsoft applications and Share Vision
Unrestricted Class 5 driver’s license
Current First-Aid and CPR Level C Certification
Skills necessary for confidentiality practices Lead initiatives in community service that promote inclusivity and support at PCCR.
