Become a Learning Specialist with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ontario, focused on enhancing mental health training in a hybrid setting based in Toronto.
Your role is crucial in adapting programs to meet the needs of Ontario's workforce. This experienced-level contract position emphasizes the development of workplace mental health resources while adapting existing curricula. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with trainers and project partners to implement innovative solutions and deliver impactful training sessions. Key Responsibilities:
Revise workplace mental health training materials for effectiveness
Develop resources and support online learning prospects
Facilitate quality assurance of all educational content
Coordinate French translation initiatives with external vendors
Implement customized workshops for various clients Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in adult curriculum development
Background in mental health, healthcare, or workplace wellness
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with anti-racism and accessibility practices
