Lead and enhance the HDET apprenticeship program
Design training plans adhering to industry standards
Deliver technical training and develop resources




Collaborate with maintenance leaders to facilitate success
Track apprentice progress and evaluate training effectiveness Requirements:
Interprovincial Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience
Experience in coaching and developing apprentices
Expertise in equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting
