AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents on the unit in Ontario. You will work under the RN's guidance and support Personal Support Workers to meet care plans with dignity and respect.

You will liaise with physicians, participate in shift reports, and help maintain quality care while ensuring safety and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
