Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking a energetic leader to head Field Services Operations for a Tier 1 North American customer. You will own the field service delivery, people leadership, and end-to-end performance, reporting to the MSCOO.

This role requires extensive telecom experience, managing large dispersed teams, and ensuring contract compliance, SLAs, and solid customer relationships. A bachelor’s in engineering and fluency in English are required, with French a plus.
