Cineplex has released a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of FOH Supervisor. They are responsible for executing Groups & Events within the venue, providing seamless guest service. They are responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of all games, coat check and retail operation within the Rec Room. They ensure that guests are greeted upon arrival, and questions or concerns are promptly and courteously resolved.

Candidates must be able to delegate tasks appropriately to team members.





They must deliver employee training and development for assigned areas of responsibility (Bar, Service Floor, Host/Call Center, Amusement, Event Groups / Live Entertainment).

They must have the ability to conduct practical training of new employees, and provide coaching and feedback.

Work setting

Candidates must interact with customers, employees and management.

They should be standing for extended periods of time.

They work adaptable shifts.

They must extend hours as required.

They should lift or move up to 50 lbs may be required.

They will be exposed to a hot grill or oven with temperatures as high as 350-500F.

They must have the ability to attend and conduct presentations.
