Technician, you will be tasked with providing hands-on technical support, maintaining workstations, and facilitating a smooth user experience. You will play an integral role in consulting on system needs and developing training for software used across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Install and support County workstations and peripherals
Provide comprehensive hardware and software administration
Consult on and implement voice communication systems
Design and administer training for corporate software
Assist with policy development in IT Requirements:
Minimum three-year diploma in technology or computer science
Four years of relevant IT experience required
Possession of a valid Ontario driver’s license
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
