This role emphasizes the fundamentals of organic chemistry, exploring critical subjects like nomenclature and stereochemistry with a class size of about 132 students. Your impactful teaching will lay the groundwork for students' future chemical education. Key Responsibilities:
Present lectures covering key organic chemistry ideas
Discuss functional groups, reaction types, and synthesis
Manage an engaging classroom for 132 students
Collaborate with laboratory staff to support course objectives
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
Preferred: PhD or in-progress PhD in relevant discipline
Experience instructing similar courses is highly valued
Robust ability to communicate complex concepts simply
