You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding project owners on selecting delivery models and building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on project delivery selection and IPD readiness • Facilitate partner selection for project teams • Manage project costs and performance indicators • Develop supportive governance for clear decision-making • Conduct collaborative working sessions to enhance team alignment
Requirements: • Extensive experience with IPD projects • Experience with municipal or broader public-sector clients • Robust knowledge of Lean methodologies • Effective communicator and facilitator • Willingness to work in office in Alberta
