As a Foreman in Mill Operations, your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing and coordinating daily milling processes at Trekor's Gibraltar Mine. This role demands experience in various mining processes and the ability to lead teams effectively. You will ensure adherence to safety protocols and drive improvements in operational practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee primary crushing and milling operations • Initiate and expedite maintenance work orders • Recommend policy changes and modifications • Lead safety meetings and employee evaluations • Solve operational problems and engage other departments
Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • 5 years in mining; 3 years in a supervisory role • Knowledge of copper processing and SAG milling • Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft applications • Experience with DCS and Expert Systems preferred
