Responsibilities Client Leadership Serve as a senior day-to-day client lead and trusted advisor across assigned accounts. Build solid, credible relationships with clients and understand their business, brand, marketing objectives, and challenges. Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, program reviews, and key milestone discussions. Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and solutions and bring forward recommendations. Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the lifecycle of a program. Represent the agency with confidence and professionalism across all client interactions. Experiential Program Leadership Lead end-to-end experiential programs, from initial brief and strategic development through execution, measurement, and wrap-up. Translate client objectives into clear program strategies, scopes, timelines, and deliverables. Partner with Strategy, Creative, Production, Operations, and other agency disciplines to bring ideas to life. Provide senior oversight across multiple workstreams,



ensuring teams remain aligned against objectives, timelines, and budgets. Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep programs on track. Ensure experiential programs are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, brand alignment, and consumer experience. Financial Management Own program budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, resource planning, estimates, approvals, and reconciliations. Ensure programs are appropriately budgeted from the outset and proactively identify financial risks. Partner with Project Management and Finance to monitor program spend and profitability. Ensure scope changes and incremental work are appropriately documented, approved, and reflected in budgets. Balance client needs with agency profitability and commercial objectives.
