Lead client intake and needs assessments
Establish and monitor individualized employment strategies
Help clients navigate employment barriers effectively




Share labor market insights in one-on-one sessions
Collaborate with community services for referrals Requirements:
Post-secondary qualification in social services, developmental services, or similar
2 years’ experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
High competency in Microsoft Office tools
Current Ontario driver's license and transportation access Support clients with their employment goals as a Career Advisor at META, making a meaningful difference.
