In this critical role, you will assist Aon's Indigenous Services Group leadership in daily operations and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating events, maintaining community relationships, and analyzing data to support senior management's goals. This position requires a mix of administrative skills and cultural awareness to advance reconciliation efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Indigenous Services Group leaders with prioritization and follow-ups
• Plan and coordinate events with Indigenous stakeholders
• Develop respectful relationships with Indigenous communities
• Manage brand communication and sponsorship coordination
• Provide data analysis and reporting support
Requirements:
• Proven administrative and data analytics experience
• Strong client service orientation and organizational skills
• Experience working with Indigenous communities across Canada
• Self-motivated and adaptable with minimal supervision
• Excellent bilingual communication skills preferred
