The Senior Director IAM Product, Architecture and Governance will lead both the Product Management, Architecture, and Application Governance functions for the Scotiabank’s global IAM services, supporting both external customers and enterprise workforce platforms, working to accelerate recent product enhancements in alignment with business partners, fraud, and technology teams. The incumbent will provide overall strategic product roadmaps, architectural design of IAM platforms, and ongoing governance models for supported applications which leverage IAM services, ensuring compliance with Scotiabank’s Technology Policy and Standards, global regulations, and industry standard security practices. In this role, you will: Oversee Product Management for IAM Services and Platforms Establish and lead Product Management for Customer IAM and Workforce IAM, defining intake, prioritization, requirements, and architectural alignment,



while managing a team of Product Managers responsible for backlogs, features, and enhancements across customer and enterprise IAM domains. Own the IAM product strategy and roadmap for enterprise and consumer platforms, partnering with business channels, fraud technology, Engineering, and key stakeholders to align critical capabilities, oversee execution (including vendor selection, MVP definition, rollout planning), and adapt priorities as conditions change. Drive outcomes, funding, and continuous improvement, developing business cases and funding models in partnership with Technology, PMO, and Finance, establishing stakeholder feedback loops and KPIs for adoption, and maintaining strong awareness of industry trends, emerging IAM capabilities, and fraud protection advancements.
