As one of Canadas largest Boys and Girls Club facilities, BGC London delivers a diverse range of programs and services that help individuals overcome barriers, build skills, develop confidence, and thrive within their communities.
Today, BGC London is entering an important new chapter.
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer who is energized by the opportunity to lead organizational renewal, strengthen culture, build trust, and position the organization for long-term sustainability and impact.
This is a unique opportunity for a values-driven executive leader who can bring people together around a shared vision, strengthen operational and financial performance, deepen community partnerships, and champion the mission of an organization that plays a vital role in the London community.
Reporting jointly to the BGC London Board of Directors and the Boys and Girls Club of London Foundation Board, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the organization.
