Team Member Responsibilities
Create and serve customized fresh menu items, ranging from burritos and tacos, to quesadillas and nachos
Prepare our made-fresh-daily salsas and homemade guacamole, as well as other flavourful food items for our service counter
Demonstrate high food safety and hygiene standards at all times, ensuring a safe, neat and clean environment
Handle guest payments
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food products.
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service.
Assist customers with menu selections, including upselling items to enhance their dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas by regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.




Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering responsibilities.
Must be able to work in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
