Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various roles
Nurture pipelines of candidates through strategic outreach
Work closely with hiring managers to align on needs
Maintain job postings and track candidates via ATS
Lead initiatives for diversity and inclusion in hiring Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
At least 2 years in healthcare or advertising
Solid sourcing skills with LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
