Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
Cook food items with consistency, speed, and attention to quality during busy service periods
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients for efficient meal assembly
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing surfaces and proper storage of ingredients
Support the kitchen team by coordinating meal preparation efforts and communicating effectively during service




Follow serving protocols to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer satisfaction

Requirements
Previous food service experience or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
