Ruth’s Chris Steak House Edmonton is hiring hospitality professionals to join our team.

What We Are Looking For

Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, but not required for all positions
A skilled and welcoming approach to guest service
Clear communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Robust time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities




Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic is a must
Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling practices is an asset
Basic math and payment-handling skills for serving and bartending positions
Experience with Squirrel POS or a similar restaurant POS system is an asset for server and bartender roles
Previous serving or bartending experience is preferred for those positions
