You will work closely with students facing various challenges, promoting an inclusive and Christ-centered setting. Emphasis will be placed on employing positive behavioral strategies and supporting the whole child's development. Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with a range of intellectual and emotional needs
Contribute to the execution of Individual Program Plans
Encourage nurturing peer relationships through interaction
Implement behavioral interventions and teaching aids

Educational Assistant Program completion or equivalent preferred
Skills in managing diverse learner needs
Robust ability to communicate and cooperate with others
First Aid and CPR certification is beneficial
