Duties
Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes and quality standards, focusing on meat cutting and food presentation
Handle food products safely, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and hygiene practices
Perform butchery tasks, including trimming, portioning, and packaging meats with precision and care
Assist in food packaging to ensure freshness and proper labeling for retail or wholesale purposes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment sterilization and waste disposal
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, offering recommendations,



and ensuring customer satisfaction
Support the team in inventory management, including stock rotation and order replenishment to prevent shortages

Experience
Previous experience working in the food industry or a kitchen environment is highly preferred
Hands-on experience with food preparation, especially in butchery or meat cutting roles
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards is essential
Familiarity with packaging techniques for perishable goods is advantageous
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Kitchen experience that demonstrates attention to detail, cleanliness, and efficiency is desirable

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
