This role involves supporting daily production activities in a manufacturing environment where dust, noise, and chemicals are present. Proper safety equipment will be provided, and adherence to safety protocols is required at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate basic manufacturing and material-handling equipment under supervision.
Assist in the production, handling, and packaging of powder paint products.
Load and unload materials, move products within the facility, and organize inventory.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow all company health and safety policies, especially when working around chemicals.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse workplace is an asset but not required.
Ability to work in an environment with dust, noise,
and chemical exposure (personal protective equipment provided).
Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed.
