Responsibilities
Install various vehicle accessories such as roof racks, running boards, lighting systems, mudflaps, visors, etc.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations efficiently
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality work
Conduct thorough inspections post-installation to verify proper fitment and functionality
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to clarify installation requirements and address questions
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use
Document installation details accurately for records and future reference
Qualifications
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical instructions and diagrams
Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc., is essential
Proficiency with power tools including drills, grinders, and saws preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise installations that meet quality standards
Prior experience in vehicle customization or automotive repair is a plus but not required
Valid driver’s license preferred; willingness to learn current skills and adapt quickly
