As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service during banquets, weddings, corporate events, and other special functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Banquet Server:
Set up, serve, and clean up banquet events, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with menu choices, special requests, and any other inquiries.
Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
Ensure all food and drink orders are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event.
Transparent tables, refill drinks, and address guest needs in a timely manner.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens.




Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service during events.
Ensure that the guest experience is consistent with the venue’s standards for excellence.
Handle any guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prior experience as a server, preferably in a banquet or catering setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift and carry up to 23 kg (50 lbs), including trays, dishes, and other items as required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
