Flair Airlines Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Control Supervisor for our Toronto (YYZ) site. You will lead the MCC, guide Controllers, and ensure maintenance decisions align with regulatory and operational priorities.

The ideal candidate holds an AME M2 license, 10–15 years in aviation maintenance, and experience in MCC settings. Boeing 737 NG/MAX knowledge is a plus; AMOS experience preferred. Competitive perks and unlimited travel perks accompany this on‑site role.
