WORKFORCE Dental Staffing is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join a qualified and supportive dental team, at an office in Vancouver conveniently located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from Olympic Village Skytrain Station.

Schedule: Monday to Friday for now, with one Saturday per month. If the Saturday hours are successful, the schedule will most likely transition to Tuesday to Saturday.

Start Date: October 19, 2026
Wage: $25.00 to $33.00/hr

Responsibilities:
Patient reception, check-in and check-out
Answer phones and manage the schedule
Insurance predeterminations
Referral forms and follow-up
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining a welcoming reception area
Saturday availability

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of dental reception experience
Robust customer service experience
Extensive Tracker experience is required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Calm and positive approach in busy or challenging situations
