Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues efficiently and accurately.
Use data entry skills to record customer interactions, update account details, and maintain accurate records in our systems.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling products or services that meet customer needs.
Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base effectively.




Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to resolve issues swiftly and satisfactorily.
Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements for service quality.

Skills
Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize customer value while maintaining trust.
Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: $18.25-$32.55 per hour
