Duties
Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding, watering, and administering medications as needed
Maintain clean and sanitary kennel areas through regular cleaning and disinfecting
Monitor dogs’ behavior to ensure safety and well-being, intervening when necessary
Assist pet owners with check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions with enthusiasm
Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving kennels, supplies, dog food and equipment safely and efficiently
Observe dogs for signs of distress or illness and report concerns promptly to management
Ensure all safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents or injuries

Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or animal care is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for working with animals is essential




Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and comfortably throughout the shift
Solid communication skills to interact positively with pet owners and team members
Reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented with a passion for animals
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during your shift
Willingness to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a clean workplace
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to handle loud dogs barking and lots of noise

Successful applicants must be dependable, arrive at work well-rested, and be prepared to perform their duties each day.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
