We are looking for a focused and dependable Assembler to join our production line. In this role, you will be responsible for putting together components or entire products according to exact specifications. You will play a vital role in ensuring our assembly lines run smoothly, efficiently, and meet daily production quotas without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities
Product Assembly: Fasten, fit, and secure components together manually by using hand and power tools to build finished goods or subassemblies.
Work Instruction Following: Interpret and follow standard operating procedures and work orders to ensure consistent build accuracy.
Line Preparation: Gather, verify, and organize all necessary raw materials, parts, and tools required for the scheduled production run.
Quality Inspections: Inspect incoming parts and completed assemblies visually for defects, scratches, gaps,



or functionality issues, reporting any non-conformance immediately.
Packaging & Sorting: Package completed assemblies into appropriate containers, label them accurately, and prep them for inventory storage or immediate shipment.
Workspace Housekeeping: Keep workstations clean, orderly, and organized in accordance with safety guidelines and 5S lean manufacturing standards.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety policies, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and protected material handling.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
