The Client Care Worker, under the direction of the Supervisor and Executive Director, use a relational harm reduction approach to support street-involved individuals as they access the emergency shelter. They are non-judgmental and interested in building healthy supportive relationships. They are comfortable in a demanding environment and with supporting individuals with complex needs who may be under the influence of substances. Client Care Workers are the first point of contact for visitors, donors, the public, and individuals experiencing crisis.
Part-time work, must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Two shifts available: Day Shift (8:00am-4:00pm) and Evening Shift (4:00pm-12:00am).
Expectation to stay on-site during paid lunch break.
Satisfactory criminal record inquiry is required.
Email/Data Entry experience is required.
Light janitorial duties to ensure a protected workplace.




Requires ability to lift 10 pounds, walk or stand for moderate periods.
Individuals with diverse experience and education will be considered.
Individuals interested in full time positions will be considered.

Compensation: $22.00/hr, limited overtime.
