Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. This role is perfect for a passionate food industry professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven setting. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, food preparation staff, and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative and motivated team workplace
Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining operational feasibility
Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations to guarantee a secure dining workplace for staff and guests
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless food service and timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies,



and control food costs to optimize profitability
Enforce strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols across all kitchen operations

Experience
Proven supervising experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting with demonstrated leadership skills
Extensive food preparation and cooking expertise across diverse cuisines
Strong background in restaurant management, including team management and operational oversight
Hands-on experience with food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices within the food industry
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Experience in bartending or serving is a plus, highlighting versatility within hospitality roles
Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
