Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various food service tasks. Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks in accordance with company standards
Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
Assist with food preparation and food safety practices to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment,



and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a rapid-paced workplace
Good communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members.
