Also you will be able to use production and hand tools to cut, laminate and test samples you prepare using environmental equipment as per customers'requirements

Duties
Actively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and promote our products or services
Handle inbound and outbound call campaigns to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and expand our client base
issues promptly, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions , Provide comprehensive customer support by resolving & making samples using production equipment and hand tools to give customers for trials.




Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in CRM systems while ensuring data integrity
Present daily reports of your daily activity , in writting to management

Requirements
Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English and at least one additional language; bilingual skills are highly valued
Previous experience in sales,
Solid communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to fabricate and prepare samples to ship to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
