Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Assistant to join our vibrant bakery team. The ideal candidate will support daily bakery operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality baked goods and customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in baking, recipe testing, and food handling within a dynamic food industry environment.

Duties
Assist in preparing and baking a variety of baked goods, including cookies, pastries, and syrups
Handle food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients and assembling products
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and selections
Follow all food handling regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe working setting

Skills
Experience or training in baking is highly desirable
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus,



especially within the food industry
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, baking, and food safety protocols
Ability to handle food products safely and hygienically
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled attitude
Knowledge of packaging techniques for baked goods
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic kitchen experience including use of baking tools and equipment

Pay: $19.00-$20.50 per hour
