Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Temporary Construction Labourer to assist our roofing crew in Saskatoon. This position involves preparing work areas, moving materials, assisting roofers, and maintaining a clean and protected job site. Previous construction experience is an asset, but training will be provided to candidates willing to learn.

Duties:
Assist roofers with daily roofing tasks under supervision.
Load, unload, carry, and organize roofing materials and equipment.
Assist with removing existing roofing materials and clearing debris.
Use basic hand tools and power tools as directed.
Prepare and clean work areas and help set up equipment.
Follow all site safety procedures and report hazards or incidents immediately.

Qualifications:
Previous construction, roofing,



or general labour experience is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an asset.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and at heights with appropriate training and safety equipment.
Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Commitment to secure work practices.

Employment Duration:

This is a temporary position. The anticipated start date and duration will be discussed during the hiring process.
