We are looking for a

Senior UX Designer

to join a complex digital project and collaborate closely with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and other UX professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in user-centred design, responsive/mobile-first design, user research, and Agile delivery. Key Responsibilities

Design user-focused digital solutions using UX design best practices. Create intuitive, mobile-first, and responsive user experiences. Iterate designs efficiently based on user feedback, research, and stakeholder input. Participate in complex projects using

user-centred design and Agile/Scrum methodologies . Conduct and facilitate

user research and usability testing . Develop user research deliverables such as interview scripts, topic maps, research synthesis, and findings reports. Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, business teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate design concepts, processes, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Help identify and address stakeholder concerns and resistance to change. Contribute to design solutions throughout different stages of product delivery.



Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of relevant UX Design experience

on complex projects/products. Strong understanding of

user-centred design, UX best practices, mobile-first, and responsive design . Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments . Hands-on experience with

user research and usability testing . Strong experience with UX/design tools such as: Figma InVision Sketch Axure Adobe Creative Cloud JustInMind Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Nice to Have

Accessibility compliance/testing experience. Exposure to

React, Angular, or Node.js . Degree or diploma in Graphic Design. Certification or education in

Usability, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or Technical Writing . What We’re Looking For
