In this position, you will have the prospect to :

Supervise, organize, and control production activities in order to achieve performance objectives
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and optimization of automated industrial equipment
Work closely with the maintenance team to monitor interventions
Effectively manage the plants human and material resources
Ensure compliance with production and finishing priorities.
Actively participate in continuous improvement and maintenance projects
Promote and ensure health and safety in the workplace by acting as an ambassador for best practices
Supervise, train, and motivate team members
Foster a positive work environment and harmonious relationships
Ensure compliance with established procedures, standards, and methods

Profile

With the following skills and qualities,



you will be successful in this role:

College diploma (DEC) or university degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in an
Industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in automated production systems
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards
Experience in personnel management and continuous improvement
Fluency in spoken and written French
Good command of production management (ERP), Microsoft Office suite and maintenance (CMMS) software
