Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through personalized caregiving and teaching strategies
Observe and assess each child's progress, documenting milestones and communicating with families regularly
Maintain a protected, clean, and organized classroom environment following health and safety regulations
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that enhance learning experiences and promote teamwork




Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
Ability to provide compassionate caregiving while supporting individual needs
Classroom experience demonstrating robust organizational skills and adaptability
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
Effective teaching skills that foster engagement and curiosity among young learners
Relevant certifications or credentials in early childhood education are preferred but not mandatory
