Overview
We are seeking friendly and dedicated Servers/Bartenders to join us at Heritage Lanes and in our new Dart Lounge Experience . This role involves providing exceptional customer service, serving/creating beverages, and maintaining a clean and protected environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in the service industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. The Service Worker plays a vital role in ensuring Heritage Lanes guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
Serve food and preparing adult beverages according to established standards
Handle food/beverages safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in all handling activities
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, whether at the counter or table-side
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and bar equipment
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly




Follow regulations and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for staff and guests

Qualifications
Previous restaurant or bar industry experience preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional personality.
Knowledge serving techniques, with ProServe Certification.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced workplace.
Bartender experience or familiarity with beverage preparation.
Hospitality background or experience working in a team-oriented environment is beneficial
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays if required.
