Position Summary

Positioned outside, the Doorperson is the first and last point of contact for our guests and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional arrival and departure experience. This position embodies the spirit of Bisha - warm, confident, attentive, and refined - while ensuring guests feel welcomed, recognized, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
Standing outside to greet all guests and visitors promptly, warmly, and professionally upon arrival and departure
Opening front doors for all arriving guests
Announcing all guest arrivals using the guest name to front office team for seamless service
Coordinates and manages the movement of vehicles in front of the hotel entrance
Coordinate closely with Bell, Valet, Concierge,



and Front Desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and transportation inquiries as needed
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold Bisha’s luxury brand standards at all times
Maintains composure and efficiency during high-volume arrival and departure periods
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
Ensure the entrance area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Handle guest concerns or escalations professionally and communicate effectively with management

Qualifications & Skills
Physically able to stand outside for an 8 hour shift in all seasons
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Robust awareness of luxury service standards, guest engagement, team coordination
Qualified demeanor with a confident, welcoming presence
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
