Key Tasks
Assist with loading and unloading building materials from trucks, ensuring secure handling and accurate delivery.
Verify delivery contents against shipping documents and report discrepancies or damages promptly.
Follow delivery schedules and assist drivers in navigating to job sites efficiently.
Communicate with site supervisors or customers to confirm drop-off locations and special handling instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and material storage areas.
Support warehouse staff with inventory tasks and general upkeep when not on delivery routes.

Skills and Abilities
Must understand and comply with required health and safety regulations
Able to assess a situation and recognize potential hazards




Must have strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
Be comfortable working at heights
Able to lift of up to 36kg (80lbs.)
Able to work outside in various weather conditions
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Past experience in building products and/or working at heights are definite assets
