You’ll oversee audits, manage customer expectations, and implement Lean methodologies to enhance product quality. Your leadership will foster a culture focused on prevention, accuracy, and compliance across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and improve EMCC's quality management system
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance
• Develop inspection and test plans for all products
• Manage corrective actions for nonconformities
• Champion Lean initiatives to reduce defects and rework
Requirements:
• 7+ years in quality management roles
• Hands-on ISO 9001:2015 experience
• Knowledge of CSA N299 or similar standards
• Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and SPC
• Strong communication skills and data analysis expertise
