Become a valued Relief Staff member at BGC Weston Mount Dennis & Lawrence Heights Club, delivering impactful after-school programs for children. This role focuses on creating enjoyable, secure learning experiences for participants aged 4–12.
As a Relief Mentor, you will assist with programming across various school locations, ensuring inclusivity and safety while engaging children through recreation and education. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential as you collaborate with site coordinators and staff. Flexibility to cover shifts on short notice is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver fun, engaging after-school programming
• Ensure children are supervised in a safe environment
• Lead group activities fostering teamwork




• Promote respect and conflict resolution among children
• Communicate concerns promptly to site leadership
Requirements:
• Relevant education in ECE or related fields
• Experience working with children in structured settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current First Aid & CPR-C Certification
• Police Reference Check necessary
