JC Priority is a premium residential property care company based in Oakville. We look after some of the finest properties in South Oakville, Old Oakville, Morrison, Eastlake and Bronte. We're building our fall cleanup crew and looking for hardworking people who care about doing the job right.

What you'll do
Transparent leaves and debris from lawns, garden beds, and hardscapes
Run commercial blowers, mowers and leaf vacuums
Cut back perennials and prepare garden beds for winter
Do final mows and get lawns ready for the season change
Load and haul debris, and keep the trucks and trailers organized
Keep every property clean, tidy and ready for the client to walk out to

What we're looking for
Solid work ethic and reliability. Showing up on time every day matters more to us than anything else




Able to do physical work outdoors in cold, wet and windy weather
Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
Landscaping or grounds experience is an asset, but we'll train the right person
Takes pride in clean, detailed work
Respectful and professional on clients' properties
Valid G2 or G licence is required
