Pay Range: $34.00hr - $39.00hr

Job Overview:

The candidate will serve as a Body Weld Seibi Technician, responsible for commissioning recent Body Weld equipment at factory and machine vendor sites. The successful candidate will perform robot teaching, PLC troubleshooting, and equipment inspection/confirmation. The role supports Body Engineering for model change activities, with a primary project focus at the Cambridge and Woodstock, Ontario sites, along with potential support for other plant locations.

Requirements:
Two-year technical degree (A.S.) or equivalent work experience.
Experience in industrial maintenance, robot programming, PLC logic modification, and troubleshooting.
Offline and/or online robot programming.




Confirm that current model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
Prepare and confirm recent Body Weld equipment at the vendors.
Support weld machine Seibi activity at North XX Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production.
Develop equipment countermeasures during setup and trials.

Additional Desired Qualifications:
Experience with automated robotic welding (spot/arc) and robotic material handling preferred.
Industrial maintenance experience.
Body weld shop experience is considered an asset.
