In this Senior Production Engineer position, you will oversee the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes tailored for cryogenic products. Your role is pivotal in ensuring process efficiency, product quality, and continuous improvement across teams.
Collaboration with hardware engineering will also be essential to ensure manufacturability of current designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of optimization strategies for manufacturing processes
Create and uphold manufacturing documents and procedures
Support product scaling efforts and evaluate production tools
Conduct quality metrics analysis to boost yield
Train and develop production staff through mentorship
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or related discipline
At least 7 years in manufacturing or production engineering roles
Knowledge of vacuum systems and thermal technologies
Expertise in root cause analysis and project management
Excellent communication skills and commitment to quality
