Macallans Pub is looking for enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team!

We’re a lively, fun pub known for great live music, amazing bands, and an awesome atmosphere! We’re a go-to spot for music lovers, and we’re lucky to have a fantastic team that makes Macallans such a outstanding place to work.

Responsibilities

As a server at Macallans Pub, you’ll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to our patrons in a busy, lively environment.
Taking food and drink orders, as well as preparing and making your own drinks
Providing attentive, friendly customer service.
Handling payments and maintaining accurate tabs.
Keeping your tables and work areas clean and organized.
Working as part of a fun, rapid-paced team.
Helping create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.​

Qualifications




Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and quick calculations for upselling or change.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: $13.30-$28.03 per hour
