Job Summary The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers
Identify and pursue current business opportunities
Prepare quotations and follow up on projects and orders
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts





Requirements
Previous B2B sales experience
Flooring, construction, building materials, or related industry experience is an asset
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships
Robust organizational and follow-up skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's licence is an asset

Pay: $36,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
