This temporary full time role spans 18 months, reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, Geotechnical. Engage in geotechnical field programs, maintain operational excellence, and develop robust qualified relationships within the team. Your problem-solving abilities will support effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety initiatives and review environmental practices
• Conduct geotechnical site inspections and assessments
• Liaise with geotechnical consultants for standards compliance




• Analyze data for stability evaluations and other analyses
• Communicate key engineering insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Geological, Geotechnical, or Civil Engineering
• Must qualify for registration with Engineers and Geoscientists BC
• Up to five years experience in a mining context
• Familiarity with geotechnical software and tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills necessary
