Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Skid Steer & Mini Hoe Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and possess expertise in various construction tasks. This position includes labour work and being a part of a team.

Duties
Operate skid steer and mini hoe equipment efficiently and safely
Perform grading, digging, paving, and loading tasks as required
Load and unload hot asphalt carefully
Assist with labour duties as required for base work and paving
Snow removal in winter -Load, unload, and haul equipment to and from job sites

-Perform preventative maintenance
Participate in safety program including pre/post trip inspections and FLHAs

Requirements:
Proficiency in skid steer and mini hoe,



a pre-hiring demonstration will be required.
Ability to perform heavy equipment operations effectively
Solid attention to detail and safety protocols
Class 5 with reliable transportation to and from work.
